How We Help

Children

Being a kid is hard. I can connect with your kiddo using things like play and even video games! Let me help with things like ADHD, social learning, and school difficulties.

Teens

Y’all, teens these days do not have it easy. Now more than ever they need help adjusting to all the changes in their lives physically, socially, and emotionally.

Adults

The list of things adults have to deal with is long: work, family, impending doom, figuring out how to talk to your friends, family, and of course kids… Let’s meet and come up with a plan to feel more in control of all the things.

Together we can overcome our mental health

How I help

I work with all sorts of mental health (problems) and will go over how I can help each person I work with. I have a ton of experience in anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Finding your normal
I also work a lot with people who have been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD and offer a therapeutic approach that helps them set goals of how THEY want to interact with the world.

We work together and help you explore you

In-Person Sessions

I offer sessions at my office located in south St Louis County conveniently just off of 270 and Tesson Ferry.

Virtual Sessions

I have a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform that allows us to meet no matter where you are in Missouri.

Emergency Services

If you are in a crisis, there are multiple local resources available. Tap here for our Resources page for a list.

Anxiety

Ever feel like you can’t turn your brain off and just relax? Tried to go to sleep and just start thinking about the time in 3rd grade you called your teacher mom? No worries, I’ll help you learn ways to feel more in control.

School Issues

Are you hearing way more from your kiddos teacher than you expected? Worried about the way they describe (or refuse to describe) school? Let’s figure it out together.

ADHD

Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed or you relate to a lot of TikTok videos there are plenty of ways counseling can help. (No meds here, just ways to use your brain a little differently.)

Expressing yourself

Sometimes it's hard to say the “right thing” or act “the right way.” Let’s work together to help you embrace being uniquely you.
