Enlitens LLC is a mental health practice operated by Liz Wooten, LPC, based in Crestwood, Missouri. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Enlitens LLC. When we say "you," we mean anyone who accesses our website, uses our services, or communicates with us.

This website is for informational and educational purposes. The content here — articles, guides, resources — is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical advice.

3. Telehealth & Clinical Services
Our clinical services are governed by a separate Informed Consent that you sign before beginning therapy. That document covers the specifics of the therapeutic relationship, confidentiality, and your rights as a client.
4. Texts About Appointments (SMS)
Enlitens Counseling sends appointment texts only to people who opt in by ticking the texting box beside the number field: on the page you land on after you book, on the texting page of your own client portal, or on your paperwork page. The box is unchecked until you tick it, and ticking it is never a condition of care. If you opt in:
- You get confirmations and reminders about your session, and the video link or office address before it. Up to 4 texts per appointment; message frequency varies. No session, no texts.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. If you stopped them, reply START to turn them back on.
- Reply HELP for help, or reach us at liz@enlitens.com or (314) 246-0480.
- Texts never carry anything private about your care. Nothing about your care is decided or delivered by text.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and code — is the property of Enlitens LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share links freely. You may copy and share our content with credit. You may not change it or use it commercially without written permission.
