How texting consent is asked.

The exact box a client ticks, shown in the open.

One box, three places.

Enlitens Counseling turns appointment texts on in one way only: a person ticks a box beside their mobile number. The box is unchecked until they tick it. It sits on three of our own pages, and the words are the same on all three. Two of those pages are private to the client, so this page shows the form as it appears on each, word for word. Nothing on this page turns texts on. It is a display of the form, not the form.

The consent box as it appears on the booked page, the paperwork page and the portal texting page, unchecked, with the number field and the links under it, and the confirmation text that follows

What happens after the box.

When the box is ticked and the number saved, the first text the person receives is this confirmation, and nothing is sent before it:

Replying STOP to any text ends them. Replying HELP gets Liz's contact details. Mobile numbers and opt-in records are never shared with, sold to, or provided to any third party or affiliate. The full terms for appointment texts are in section 4 of the Terms, and how the number is handled is in the Privacy Policy.
